In most cases, yes. Unless boards are rotted through, cleaning, brightening, sanding and re-staining restores the wood to a warm, rich finish. We'll tell you honestly what's worth saving and what should be replaced.

Yes, but only after the rust is properly treated. We clean, wire-brush and treat corrosion, then prime bare and rusted metal with a rust-inhibiting primer before coating. That prep is what makes the finish last.

Yes. We schedule around your hours. Evenings, weekends or one area at a time, and keep walkways safe and clean so you can stay open while we work.
